Thrive Innovations provides digital infrastructure, venture building capabilities, and Innovation-as-a-Service (IaaS) products intended for corporate partners and independent operators. Our service scopes, delivery timelines, and intellectual property arrangements are explicitly detailed within individual Master Service Agreements (MSAs) drafted during the client onboarding process.

Any general timelines, process overviews (such as our "Eight-Week Cycle"), or frameworks advertised on this website are illustrative guidelines and do not constitute legally binding commitments outside of an executed MSA or venture roadmap.

Applications submitted through our "Operators" portal or via targeted recruitment are treated with confidentiality. However, submission of an application does not create an employment guarantee, partnership obligation, or implicit joint-venture agreement between you and Thrive Innovations.

Selected operators enter into bespoke operating agreements, which govern their profit share, capital allocation, and responsibilities independently of these general Terms & Conditions.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in an active client agreement (specifically highlighting our "IP Flexibility" model), all content, trademarks, methodologies, underlying technology, standard operating procedures, and proprietary frameworks found on this site remain the exclusive property of Thrive Innovations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Thrive Innovations, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or inability to access our digital properties, or from reliance on the informational content provided herein.
